The hotel room was perfect for us, large enough for us to spread out and sleep comfortably with nice amenities, although we were charged more than the agreed price. The service was very polite, timely, and helpful throughout our stay, with a fantastic team from the sales director to the front desk and maintenance. The location was great for our purposes, convenient and surrounded by beautiful surroundings. The dining experience was really delicious with plenty of seating, although the buffet breakfast was a bit hum-drum.

The hotel felt like an apartment rather than a traditional hotel, which was great. The rooms were incredible for the price, very clean, but the living area had dirty carpeting and could use a touch-up paint job. It lacked a smart TV for watching Netflix or Hulu, only offering basic channels.

I had a great stay overall. The rooms were perfect - everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were great with big bath towels and nice showers. The room itself was huge and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed that the windows couldn't be opened and the living area had dirty carpeting that could use a touch-up paint job.
